A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I am a visual journalist whose curiosity about the world led me to photography in ninth grade. I hold a strong belief in the power of photojournalism to highlight important issues, inform the public and reflect the beauty, tragedy and candid nature of humankind.

I am currently an intern with the USA Today Network based with the Knoxville News Sentinel in Knoxville, Tennessee.
