Donald Trump, Dolly Parton, murder, politics and sports.

It’s been a diverse month of assignments. Although I did not see the President himself, I covered a Trump rally with Caitie McMekin (who actually covered the speech!) photographing the protests and supporters. A few days later I met Dolly Parton at her theme park in Gatlinburg. Somewhere in between I shot some tasty food photos, shot an entire Vol football game on film camerascovered two murder scenes and did some election coverage. Last but not least, I spent the last three days of the month shooting high school football state championships. Do I sound like a photojournalist yet?
